According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.

Granvil Kenton Griffin, 20, of Marlinton, appeared in court September 7 on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $1,000.

Freddie J. Doss, Jr., 44, of Hillsboro, was arrested September 23 on charges of no proof of insurance, registration violation and leaving the scene. Bond was set at $3,000.

James M. Trimm, 26, of Marlinton, was arrested September 17 on charges of domestic battery and obstructing an officer. Bond was set at $2,000.

Michael C. White, 46, of Frank, appeared in court September 20 on charges of brandishing a deadly weapon, two counts of kidnapping, domestic battery third offense and child abuse. Bond was set at $51,000.

Jason Travis Cassell, 32, of Marlinton, was arrested September 15 on a charge of leaving the scene. Bond was set at $500.

Raymond L. Good, Jr., 46, of Charleston, was arrested September 21 on a charge of violation of a protective order. Bond was set at $2,000.

Judy L. Tincher, 47, of Hillsboro, appeared in court September 19 on charges of driving under the influence and possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $2,000.

Brandi N. Schoolcraft, 24, of Huntington, was arrested September 21 on a charge of false pretenses. Bond was set at $5,000.

Stephanie Tincher, 20, of Marlinton, was arrested September 20 on charges of petit larceny and possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $2,000.

Aaron Joseph Totten, 21, of Marlinton, appeared in court September 21 on charges of leaving the scene and failure to maintain control. Bond was set at $1,000.
