According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.
Brian Patrick Dickert, 40, of Afton, Virginia, appeared in court November 19. Bond was not set.

Christopher S. McClure, 34, of Hillsboro, was arrested November 26 on a charge of petit larceny. Bond was not set.

Angelo Michael Jiordano, 31, of Marlinton, was arrested November 25 on a charge of driving under the influence. He was placed on the deferral program.

Robert Brian Griffith, 49, of Harrisonburg, Virginia, was arrested November 25 on a charge of driving under the influence. Bond was not set.

Cornelius F. Sullivan, II, 64, of New Carrolton, Maryland, pleaded guilty November 19 to charges of no bear damage stamp and conspiracy. He was assessed a $500 fine and $321.60 in court costs.
