According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.

Samuel Brock, 24, of Marlinton, was arrested November 26 on charges of driving suspended/revoked, non-DUI and burglary. Bond was set at $10,100.

Malcolm Jermel Kirby, 19, of Lewisburg, was arrested November 29 on charges of destruction of property, underage consumption and providing false information to the West Virginia State Police. Bond was set at $2,000.
