November 28: Donald Paul Lemon, 50, of Norfolk, Virginia, was traveling south on County Route 9/3 in a 2006 Ford F-150, when he lost control in a turn due to gravel in the roadway. The vehicle crossed the northbound lane, struck an embankment on the eastern edge, overturned and came to a rest on its top in the northbound lane. Sheriff’s Department Corporal D.M. Brock investigated the accident. No citations were issued.
