According to Circuit Clerk Connie Carr, the following cases were heard by Judge James J. Rowe on Tuesday, December 18:

State vs. Ashley Wooddell. Woodell pleaded not guilty to charges of grand larceny, petit larceny and conspiracy. The matter is set for pretrial February 7 and trial March 29.

State vs. Jason Cassell. Cassell pleaded guilty to driving under the influence, third offense. He was referred to drug court. If Cassell successfully completes drug court, he may withdraw his guilty plea and plead to the lesser misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence, first offense. He received credit for time served.

State vs. Patrick Wall. Wall was placed on home incarceration to include drug testing and counseling with credit for time served at Anthony Center. Wall was sentenced to one to three years. The sentence includes home incarceration, day report program, counseling, parenting classes and random drug screening.
