According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.

Russell W. Arbogast, 60, of Cass, was arrested January 7 by Trooper J.W. Gilkeson on a charge of driving under the influence. Bond was set at $1,000. Magistrate Carrie Wilfong was assigned to the case.

Kevin Allen Hightower, 24, of Frankford, was arrested by Captain T.A. McCoy on a charge of grand larceny. Bond was set at $2,500. Magistrate Cynthia Broce Kelley was assigned to the case.

Clifton R. Summerfield, Jr., 30, of Mill Creek, was arrested by Trooper Gilkeson on two counts of failure to register as a sex offender. Bond was set at $5,000. A magistrate has not been assigned.

Thomas Edward Greenberg, 30, of Sykesville, Maryland, was arrested January 1 by Deputy B.L. Kelly on a charge of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. Bond was set at $1,000. Magistrate Kelley was assigned to the case.

Austin J. Fackler, 20, of Louisville, Kentucky, was arrested January 5 by Deputy C.M. Cole on charges of public intoxication, possession of a controlled substance less than 15 grams, obstructing an officer, underage consumption and fraudulently altered operator’s/ID. Bond was set at $3,500. Magistrate Kelley was assigned to the case.

Steven Kelley Bennett, 37, of Marlinton, was arrested January 8 by Captain McCoy on a charge of domestic assault, second offense. Bond was set at $1,000. Magistrate Wilfong was assigned to the case.

Cory Richardson, 21, of Atlanta, Georgia, was arrested January 7 by Captain McCoy on a charge of grand larceny. Bond was set at $10,000. Magistrate Wilfong was assigned to the case.

Jamie Marcedes Moffitt, 22, of Snowshoe, was arrested January 10 by Trooper M.A. Agee on a charge of unlawful/malicious wounding. Bond was set at $10,000. A magistrate has not been assigned.
