According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.
Carter Walton, 24, of Hillsboro, was arrested February 7 by Trooper M.A. Agee, on a charge of firearm violation. Bond was set at $1,000. A magistrate has not been assigned.
Christopher Charles Case, 24, of Fredericksburg, Virginia, was arrested February 5 by Captain T.A. McCoy, on charges of two counts forgery and two counts uttering. Bond was set at $4,000. Magistrate Carrie Wilfong was assigned the case.

David L. Hamman, 59, of Slaty Fork, appeared in court February 4 on charges of driving suspended/revoked for DUI and driving under the influence, second offense. Bond was set at $1,500. Magistrate Wilfong was assigned the case.

Robert E. Kilmer, 45, of Marlinton, was arrested February 6 by Corporal S.H. Hummel, on a charge of manufacturing a controlled substance. Bond was set at $20,000. Magistrate Kelley was assigned the case.
Anna Faye Sheets, 44, of Marlinton, was arrested February 6 by Sergeant C.M. Cole, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $2,500. Magistrate Wilfong was assigned the case.
