Magistrate Court
According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.
Connie Cutlip, 48, of Hillsboro, appeared in court January 31 on a charge of petit larceny. Bond was set at $500. Magistrate Cynthia Broce Kelley was assigned the case.
Joshua Dale Dean, 24, of Hillsboro, appeared in court February 11 on a charge of trespassing. Bond was set at $500. Magistrate Kelley was assigned the case.
Darin Shane Ramsey, 24, of Buckeye, was arrested February 11 by Deputy J.A. Peteete on charges of striking fixtures upon highway and failure to immediately give notification of a crash. Bond was set at $1,000. Magistrate Kelley was assigned the case.
Justin W. Arbogast, 24, of Buckeye, was arrested February 8 by Senior Trooper J.W. Gilkeson on charges of two counts domestic battery. Bond was set at $2,000. Magistrate Carrie Wilfong was assigned the case.
Patrick Cole Clark, 22, of Greensboro, North Carolina, was arrested February 10 by Corporal D.M. Brock, on charges of obstructing an officer, assault on an officer and disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $3,000. Magistrate Wilfong was assigned the case.
Bryan DeWitt Thompson, 51, of Hillsboro, was arrested February 7 by Sergeant C.M. Cole on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $10,000. Magistrate Kelley was assigned the case.
Shane J. Carlin, 35, of Webster Springs, was arrested February 12 by Corporal S.H. Hummel on a charge of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. Bond was set at $50,000. Magistrate Wilfong was assigned the case.
In Magistrate Wilfong’s court:
Steven M. Lambert, 43, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty February 14 to two counts of worthless check complaint. He was assessed a $2 fine, $381.60 in court costs and ordered to pay $16.76 in restitution.
