According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.

Keith E. Hannah, 56, of Marlinton, was arrested February 26 by Captain T.A. McCoy on charges of domestic battery and battery. Bond was set at $2,000. Magistrate Cynthia Broce Kelley was assigned the case.

James A. Richard, 36, of Marlinton, appeared in court March 3 on a charge of obstructing an officer. Bond was set at $500.

Nathan Garrett Martin, 37, of Marlinton, was arrested March 3 by Deputy J.A. Peteete on charges of driving suspended/revoked for DUI, second offense and driving under the influence, third offense. Bond was set at $5,500. Magistrate Kelley was assigned the case.

Stanley R. Carroll, 38, of Cass, was arrested February 28 by Trooper R.A. Waid on a charge of failure to register as a sex offender. Bond was set at $10,000. Magistrate Kelley was assigned the case.

Erik A. Rausch, 21, of Valley Head, was arrested March 1 by Cpl. S.H. Hummel, on charges of three counts of delivery of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $100,000. Magistrate Carrie Wilfong was assigned the case.

Ashley Grogg, 26, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest February 22 to a charge of worthless check complaint. She was assessed a $5 fine, $190.80 in court costs and ordered to pay $100.27 in restitution.
