Patrons of the Green Bank Library gathered September 24 to celebrate the 30 years of service of librarian Jane Mospan. A native of Pocahontas County, Mospan, far left, worked as a secretary for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in Washington, D.C. for 15 years before returning to her home and taking the position of librarian. A soft-spoken woman, Mospan said simply, she became a librarian because, "I like the people and I like books."
