Bill Ratcliffe of Williamson Shriver Architects, Inc. presented the board of education with the completed Comprehensive Education Facilities Plan (CEFP) Monday night.
Creation of the CEFP began in the winter of 2009 and was due to the School Building Authority in late July.

Harry Daniel Wilson, 70, of Marlinton, was arrested July 25 on a charge of driving under the influence. Bond was set at $1,000.
