January 1: Ethan Daniel Pugh, 18, of Bartow, driving a 1995 Subaru, was traveling north on West Virginia Route 92 in Dunmore. As he was negotiating an “S” curve, the vehicle hit a guardrail and went into the ditch on the left-hand side of the road. Deputy B.L. Kelly investigated.
