Richard Bruce “Butch” Pitzer, age 67, of Nitro, passed away peacefully at his home on Monday, September 18, 2012, after a battle with cancer.

Funeral service is Saturday, September 22, 2 p.m. at the Pivot Funeral Home in Hinton with Pastor David Mullins officiating. Interment will be in the Greenbrier Burial Park in Hinton. Family will receive friends two hours prior to the service.
