Neoma Z. Wiley, age 84, of Hillsboro, passed away Monday, November 19, 2012, at Greenbrier Valley Medical Center in Fairlea.

Memorial service is Saturday, December 1, 1 p.m. at Mt. Olivet United Methodist Church at Droop Mountain with Rev. Phillip Hickman officiating.
