Jerry Samuel Starks, age 78, of Droop and Baltimore, Maryland, died Friday, February 15, 2013, at Franklin Square Hospital in Rosedale, Maryland.

Family will receive friends Tuesday, February 19, from 6 to 8 p.m. at VanReenen Funeral Home. Funeral service is Wednesday, February 20, 1 p.m. at VanReenen Funeral Home with Pastor Phillip Hickman officiating. Interment will be in Sunset Cemetery in Jacox.
