After a rocky start to the third week of the season, PCHS baseball rebounded to win a double header at Midland Trail on Friday and improve their record to 3-7.

After a 20-1 shellacking at Petersburg on Monday, the scrappy Warriors keptᅠ fighting. In the home opener against Philip Barbour on Tuesday, the Warriors kept it close until the fifth, when the Cougars pulled away. In Game 8, the Warriors dropped a nail-biter to Tygarts Valley, but finished the week with twin bill victories at Midland Trail.
