Pocahontas County High School will hold Homecoming activities Friday, October 1.
ᅠ
The football game with Bath County High School will begin at 7 p.m.ᅠ Alumni registration and the circling of the field by the Homecoming court will be held prior to the game, so plan to arrive early.
ᅠ
The presentation of the Homecoming court will take place at halftime.
ᅠ
Vying for Homecoming Queen will be:
Katelyn Beverage, of Clover Lick, daughter of Cheryl and Danny Beverage
Cathy Hefner, ofᅠ Marlinton, daughter of Mike Hefner and the late Nina Hefner
Sarah Shears, of Arbovale, daughter of Sue and George Shears
Homecoming King candidates are:
Seth Doss, of Slaty Fork, son of Mike and Missy Doss
Nathan Hamons, of Marlinton, son of Rusty and Missy Hamons
David Kiner, of Edray, son of Karen Dunbrack and J.R. Kiner

The senior class chose Kimberley Pollard, of Marlinton, as their attendant.ᅠ She is the daughter of Wayne and Ernestine Pollard.ᅠ Kimberley will be escorted by Jesse Hoke, of Hillsboro, son of Louann McMillion.

Junior attendant is Chelsea Walker, of Hillsboro, and escort Curtis Pyles, of Green Bank.ᅠ Chelsea is the daughter of Howard and Dreama Walker, and Curtis is the son of Teresa Kloeker and Dee Pyles.

The sophomore chose Cassidy Rao and Kyler Doss as their representatives.ᅠ Cassidy is the daughter of Chris and Kim Rao, of Dunmore, and Kylerメs parents are Mike and Missy Doss, of Slatyfork.

Chosen by the freshmen were Jennifer Fertig, of Marlinton, and Caleb Arbogast, of Green Bank.ᅠ Jennifer is the daughter of Mark and Sue Fertig, and Caleb is the son of Amy and Stephen Warner.

P.C.H.S. students and staff will participate in activities to celebrate Spirit Week beginning Monday, September 27, concluding Friday afternoon with a powderpuff football game, dance and pep rally.

Come out and support the Warriors and enjoy all the Homecoming festivities.
ᅠ
WVMR will sponsor a Homecoming Dance at the Opera House in Marlinton Friday, October 1, from 9:30 to 11:30 p.m. This event is open to high school age and up, from both Pocahontas and Bath counties.
