The Pocahontas County Junior High football team played Summersville Middle School last Wednesday evening, supported by a large crowd at the Pocahontas County High School field. The Warriors were attempting to keep their undefeated season intact and they did just that with a 52-20 victory.

The Pocahontas County Youth Football League Warriors played their first games Saturday at Stillwell field taking on the Lewisburg Steelers.
Home games will be played again at Stillwell Saturday, September 15, against the Ronceverte Raiders. Game times are 3 p.m., 5 p.m. and 7 p.m.
