The PCHS Warrior baseball squad had a big six-run sixth inning to overcome a 4-0 deficit and win their home opener against the Tygarts Valley Bulldogs.
The Warriors even their record at 2-2. The Bulldogs fall to 1-3.

The Pocahontas County Track teams opened their 2011 seasons on a cold and nasty April Fools Day at Richwood. Last year's opener at Richwood was on a warm Good Friday.
